Weilong Zhang

Weilong Zhang is an associate professor at the Faculty of Economics and a Fellow at Selwyn College, University of Cambridge. His research primarily investigates the influence of personality traits on individual decision-making processes, including both labor market choices and household dynamics.  Zhang also has a strong interest in evaluating labor market and educational policies.
