  • Click the “Log In” option in the top right corner

  • For your username, use the email address that you used to sign up for your subscription
  • If this is your first time logging in, use the password provided to you by PressPass in an email sent at the time you signed up

  • $89 per year in the U.S.; international shipping rates vary

  • Nautilus Channels are independent mini-sites that dive deep into specific areas of scientific inquiry

  • We currently accept Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover
  • We do not currently accept Paypal or Amazon Pay [/accordion-item]

[accordion-item title=”How do I cancel my subscription?”]

  • Go to our store
  • Log in
    See above in “How do I access my Prime Digital Subscription?”
  • Choose “View Subscriptions” on the left side of your screen
  • Click on “View” on the right next to the subscription name that is active
  • Choose “Cancel Subscription”
  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current term
  • You will retain your privileges of membership through the remainder of the term you have paid for. You will not be refunded.
  • If you choose to “Resubscribe”, you can do this in the same place and will be charged the price of a new subscription

  • You should receive your first print issue within 6-8 weeks
  • Your Prime Digital membership will be active immediately upon subscribing

  • All print issues are available in the Prime Digital subscription as PDF files here (you must be logged in to access these)[/accordion-item]

[accordion-item title=”I haven’t received my issue, my issue was damaged or my issue was lost – can I get a replacement issue?”]

  • Please contact our customer service team to request a replacement issue be mailed out [/accordion-item]

[accordion-item title=”What is your return policy on store merchandise?”]

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on merchandise purchased from the store. These items are custom printed and fulfilled at the time of your purchase and can’t be returned to inventory. [/accordion-item]

[accordion-item title=”Do you offer any discounts for educators, seniors, military or government workers?”]

  • We are proud to offer free K-20 educational digital subscriptions to students, teachers, schools and other learning institutions. If you would like to apply, please fill out our application form. [/accordion-item]

[accordion-item title=”Can I subscribe without enrolling in the auto-payment process?”]

  • All orders are processed through our billing system which requires auto-billing. However, all orders can be canceled at any time. [/accordion-item]

[accordion-item title=”How do I purchase a gift subscription?”]

  • We do not currently offer gift subscriptions, although this is something we hope to offer in the future.
  • However, we do offer gift certificates that can be mailed to the recipient and used as payment to purchase a subscription on our website. Please visit the gift certificate page on our website to make a purchase.[/accordion-item]

[accordion-item title=”What does this status on my account mean?”]

  • Processing: Your order was placed and your payment completed. This is an active order or subscription.
  • Pending Payment: You have placed your order and your payment is currently being processed.
  • On Hold: Your order/subscription is currently on hold. This is usually due to a payment being declined. Please contact our customer service team to assist you.
  • Canceled: Your subscription has been canceled whether at your request or by you within your account.
  • Failed: Your payment was declined. Please contact our customer service team to assist you.
  • Active: Your subscription is currently active. Be sure to log into our website and utilize our services.
  • Completed: Your order was placed, payment accepted, product fulfilled and the transaction is completed.[/accordion-item]

  • We do not currently offer audiobooks, but this is something we are strongly considering offering in the future
  • We do offer some articles as podcasts which can be found at
  • For an audio reader, we recommend “Read Aloud: A Text to Speech Voice Reader” – an extension you can add to Chrome and a variety of other browsers. There are many languages available and it is the most widely known audio extension. If you’re looking for a more natural voice sound, “Natural Reader Text to Speech” is another extension for Chrome and a selection of additional browsers. This extension skips over ads, offers over 100 voices and has many languages to choose from.
